Survivor 2013 is turning into the season of blindside tribal councils and just like every other season of Survivor, the lying and strategizing has been kicked into overdrive now that the merge has taken place on Survivor Caramoan 2013. One by one the fans are getting eliminated on Survivor 2013. After making deal after deal, Malcolm, Eddie, and Reynold thought they convinced Dawn to help them blindside Andrea. After Andrea found out she told everybody to vote for Michael instead of Malcolm. Phillip’s “Steath Are Us” tribe stuck together and eliminated Michael last week on Survivor Caramoan 2013. Not only did the favorites plan to get rid of a fan work, they also were able to flush out an immunity idol.
After listening to the tribal council talk, the targeted men were convinced one of them was leaving. Malcolm convinced Reynold to give his idol to him because he thought he was going home. Was this a strategy on Malcolm’s part as well? Malcolm has an immunity idol that nobody else knows about.
On tonight’s Survivor 2013 Phillip’s tribe refocuses on eliminating the young strong competition: Malcolm, Eddie, and Reynold. The four know they are being targeted and plan on looking for the immunity idol in order to keep them in the game longer. What they don’t know is that Malcolm already has an idol! If they find out they may wonder why he asked for Reynold’s immunity idol last tribal council and didn’t use his own. Could Malcolm’s secret keeping make the others turn on him?
On top of the scheming to send each other home one contestant gets hurt on tonight’s Survivor 2013. Will it be bad enough to send them home? Previews promise an alliance change and an appalling tribal council.

After tribal council Stealth Are Us called a meeting to discuss taking out the young guys. Will Stealth Are Us be able to stick together under pressure or will Dawn’s emotions get the best of her on Survivor 2013?
Cochran and Phillip discussed Dawn as competition. While they were talking about her the contestants heard Dawn yelling for help and crying. Brenda ran to her aid. Dawn was crying because she retainer that contains her bottom teeth fell into the water. Dawn was so upset she said she would pull herself from the competition if they weren’t found. Thankfully, Brenda dove into the water and found them for her. Previews implied an injury, but the Dawn was fine she just needed help finding her retainer.
Reward Challenge: Teams, one person at a time, had to race across a balance bean, down a slide into a mud pit, find a bag of balls and go under a beam that was surrounded by rice. Once all were retrieved all the bags they had to shoot the balls into a basket. The winning team gets to go to a resort with a pool and lunch.
Purple team: Reynold, Eric, Dawn, Cochran, and Phillip
Orange team: Eddie, Malcolm, Sherrie, Andrea, and Brenda
Malcolm and Eric started neck and neck but Eric pulled ahead in the mud pit. Malcolm attempted to find all the bags in the mud for the rest of his team and Eric dug a path in the rice for the rest of teammates to go through. Both teams were attempting to speed up the process by finding all the bags. Reynold pulled the purple team ahead by finding all the bags for his team before Malcolm did. Purple had a huge lead on the orange team but Sherrie slowed them down by taking her time across the balance beam. Purple finished the obstacle course first and started the next portion of the challenge. Purple quickly got their balls into the basket and won reward.
The purple team enjoyed their reward but did not enjoy Phillip’s company too much. Cochran is hoping the protein they got to eat will help him going into immunity challenge.
Dawn is having trouble sleeping because of stress from alliances and because she doesn’t like that Andrea is spending so much time with Malcolm and Eddie. She is convinced that if Andrea flops she will be the first eliminated. Phillip tried to reassure Dawn and her constant worrying is making Cochran suspicious of her. Dawn is losing her cool and everybody is talking about it.
Dawn told Cochran she thinks she needs some time alone. Her constant crying is making her look a little coo-coo, as Cochran put it. Phillip isn’t the only crazy one! Is Dawn having a mental breakdown under the pressure of Survivor 2013?
After a good night’s sleep Dawn felt refreshed and back in control. Looks like all she needed was some shut eye! Before the immunity challenge Stealth Are Us discussed who should go home: Eddie, Reynold, or Malcolm? They tentatively decided on Reynold.
Immunity Challenge: The immunity challenge took place in two heats. Contestants had to across a platform, dive into ocean and use a rope to pull themselves under water with a platform above them and then race back across and place a ring on a post. First to get two rings on the post wins immunity. The challenge promised to be a fast but draining challenge.
In the first heat: Reynold, Andrea, Dawn, Cochran, Sherrie. Reynold pulled ahead and moved on. Andrea also moved on to the final round.
Next heat: Phillip chose not participate because he was uncomfortable being under the water due to a childhood incident. Malcolm, Brenda, Eddie, and Eric competed for the two remaining spots. Everybody was close to start. Malcolm got through but Eddie missed getting his ring on the post. Brenda moved on.
Final round: The contestants had to complete the course with five rings instead of two for immunity. Malcolm and Reynold were first out of the water. The two stayed neck in neck through the third ring. Reynold pulled slightly ahead and won immunity.
Steath Are Us is going to have to change their game plan. Reynold has immunity; will the opt to eliminate Malcolm tonight on Survivor Caramoan 2013?
Phillip pulled aside Andrea and Dawn and decided to split the votes between Malcolm and Eddie. Phillip is pretty confident Malcolm doesn’t have an idol, even though he does. Even if he Malcolm played his idol Eddie would still go home. Malcolm wants to keep Eddie and Reynold in the game and decided to look for another immunity idol. They don’t know if there is one, but they decided to look anyways. Dawn and Andrea also decided to look. Malcolm found the immunity idol in a rock in front of Andrea and Dawn. Now Eddie will have to go for sure if Malcolm plays his idol.
Tribal Council: Eddie spoke as if he was going home and Andrea admitted Eddie was probably going home because Malcolm has an idol. Cochran said Eddie wasn’t the first choice but it would have to do since the other two have immunity. Jeff Probst asked Phillip about sitting out of the challenge and Phillip said he got trapped under a dock when he was young so he didn’t want to participate.
Tribal council shocker! Malcolm pulled out his second immunity idol and gave it to Eddie. Immediately Steath Are Us began whispering and was visibly shocked and upset. Malcolm as proud of himself for pulling such an amazing blindside and keeping the three of them safe for the night. He told everybody the three men were voting for Phillip because he sucks the fun out of the game.
Even though Malcolm and Eddie had immunity idols around their necks, until they give them to Jeff they are not in effect. Are they acting like they are going to use them in order to take out one of the other seven? Will they play their immunity idols? Was their threat of playing the idols enough to throw the others off?
Before the votes were read, both Malcolm and Eddie played their immunity idols. They weren’t happy they had to play them but it’s a good thing they did.
Votes: Malcolm, Malcolm, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Eddie, Phillip, Phillip, Phillip. Phillip was voted off Survivor 2013.
Malcolm, Eddie, and Reynold successfully shook up Survivor Caramoan 2013 but will it be enough to keep them in the game another week?
